I am load testing a web service. Roughly every 2 hours it hangs for about 10 minutes, then goes back to normal. Does this sound like a garbage collection issue? I've checked the Windows event logs, SQL Server log (it updates a database) and looked at some performance counters, and haven't seen anything special at the times when this happens.
