Big thumbs down Wavelengths. Needed a blowout this afternoon for a special event tonight. Recieved a voicemail 4 hours pre appointment, telling me they would have to move my appointment forward. Immediately called back and was told staff were finishing early and that If I wanted to keep my appointment I would need to come THREE hours early.
