You could look through the logs for that instead of an email address. If their server connects to yours at all you would know then, it appears the error is in transmitting the information, perhaps the logs under their IP address could provide a hint as to why the information is not being sent properly.

I have been having this same issue since Wednesday. I get the delayed message 6+ hours later!! The weirdest part is that random messages are going through but others are not, with no apparent reason. I've tried sending myself test emails and they aren't going through either. I use my live.ca account for business and this is EXTREMELY important.
