The actual trail is the Canyon Trail and it ends at Waipo'o Falls. Round trip to the falls and back to the trail head was 3 hours (about 4 miles) with plenty of picture stops along the way. Less traffic if you start earlier in the day, we were the first ones on the trail by 8:30 am but passed 30 people on our way back out!
