You'll find it on Stanley St in Central, just steps away from the Mid-level Escalators. We've been there for breakfast around 8 am several times. Lots of people coming in and out to buy takeaway congee breakfast en route to work. I believe it's open 7 days a week, until late afternoon when the office workers are heading home.
