Mar 31, 2016 · Now, that NEVER happens as a non-Prime customer. Rather than talking about the time to delivery, my issue is in the time Amazon takes delaying the start of the shipping. Amazon is CLEARLY holding orders and seem to be doing so as a punishment to customers not being Prime members.
