Both of my babies were face up. The first delivery ended up as a csection after 16 hours of back labor and only getting to 5cm. My baby was in distress (cord clamping) and csection was the best and safest choice. My second also sunny side up was a vacuum assisted VBAC..was only in labor 6 hours and pushed for 9 minutes.

Ideally, the baby should have his face to your spine, apparently he is turned with the back of his head to your spine. You should speak with your doctor, but other than back labor, I don't believe it should affect your delivery much if at all.
