This means that no more goods receipts are EXPECTED for this item. If the delivery completed indicator is set, the open purchase order quantity becomes zero, even if the full quantity has not been delivered.

Use of that indicator is done by planning (MRP) while doing MRP run that delivery completed indicator will come in to picture and that order will not get considered as open order, but it would allow you to do GR it is standard feature of SAP. if you want to avoid goods receipt then you can lock that item in purchase order.2/5

For service PO items the delivery completed indicator (EKPO-ELIKZ) is normally set by the Service Entry Sheet, if it has the 'Final Entry' indicator set (ESSR-FINAL).
