Dec 12, 2019 · I guess the only thing I'm really upset with is that I assumed expedited to mean the type of shipping. However, it seems that it is just a generic term Dell is using to restrict/pad the production time, and based off how long that takes, reduce their shipping cost if ahead of time, or increase shipping cost if production lagged.

RE: The con of delivery times with Dell Well Dell should have a caviat at the ordering stage and not tell people it will be 2 or 3 days when it will be 15. At no point are you given the choice to accept a longer delivery. ie We tell you 2-3 days, so order now and then after ordering you say well actually it's 15 days - it fails to deliver on a promise.
