Aug 18, 2012 · Does the USPS mean that it's expected to ship out on the date, or do they mean it will arrive at destination on that that date? I mean, pregnancy terms, expected delivery date is when the baby will probably come out... but this is mail, not a guess-and-check over nature matters.
