May 13, 2016 · On delivery I too charge by the hour and per kilometre outside the city. I have flat rates set for specific wedding venues within town. The flat rates depend whether or not I am just dropping off a cake or if I have to set up a dessert table or 100’s of cupcakes.

I charge for delivery, and set-up of the cakes. This fee will be based on the amount of estimated time spent, and miles traveled. Pick up at the bakery is also an option – I would recommend it for smaller cakes or cakes no more then 2 tiers.
