In the food desert that is Brenham Texas, Volare is an oasis. I had the veal Marsala and my partner had chicken parmigiana. Both were absolutely fantastic. The veal was succulent and well seasoned and the accompanying linguini Alfredo was pretty much the best either of us ever had.
