We are forced to work 60+ hours a week and if you dont you get points. If you have children this is not a good place to work. They got rid of 2nd and 3rd shift so they dont have to pay benefits and now expect 1 shift to do all the work. Horrible place. Managers do nothing but degrade the employees.

Vista Outdoor is a competitive company that likes to win. I feel I am always appreciated and challenged with staying out in front of the market. I always feel pushed but rarely pushed over my limit. I have worked there for over 10 years and feel it is a really good company to work for.

Working there is like working for irresponsible teenagers and there is zero structure. Employees are set up for failure regularly and are seldom appreciated.
