In 2011, Venti’s Cafe + Taphouse on Commercial Street in South Salem was opened with a full-service restaurant and bar, including a kids play area. In 2018, Conrad joined the family business full-time as a co-owner with plans to open more Venti’s Cafe locations in the future.
