This is long overdue. My experience with Van Cleve's was a horrible nightmare, and I would never recommend it to anyone. I spent $800 for a dress I could never wear. A few years ago my daughter was married. I went to Van Cleve's where I selected a dress and the store ordered it in a size based on the measurements they took.
