As @enlli has pointed out, it's Virgin who need to do the chasing - it is them who own the phone (untill you have signed for it), also they took out the contract with Yodel for delivery. You mention about a refund, if you've paid any money or some is about to be taken, contact your bank/card provider and have a chat with them about it.
