It may be difficult to relist some tickets. If the date of your event is too near, it may not allow secure delivery. When Your Event is Canceled or Postponed. If your event has been canceled, Viagogo will ask you to return the tickets and get a full refund for your purchase. If your event has been postponed, you do not need to return your ticket.

Woohoo! I had prepared myself to fight for this for a long time but one dispute with Nationwide got me a refund.
