It seems that Luxaflex don't provide any tracking details when orders are dispatched, but I managed to obtain a delivery date recently by contacting Vale Blinds who appear to have a very good working relationship with this manufacturer. I recently needed some parts replaced under warranty and this was handled very professionally.
