Utility Warehouse does in fact offer tariff plans for homes with an Economy 7 meter, however only for electricity. What these tariff plans offer is a two seperate unit rate depending on the time of the day, the day unit rate applies to peak hours of energy consumption as has a higher cost, and the night unit rate applies to off-peak times like at night.
