My very first week by myself I was thrown on the "project crew" locating entire brand new subdivisions by myself. And last but not least, the terrible pay rate. If you really want to be a locator, just try to find a job with your local city department. They make more than double your salary and do about a 1/4 of the work that USIC locators do.
