I would give UPS Landover Customer Center a ZERO if I could. The UPS drivers out of the Landover, Maryland, facility are incompetent. This is the third time this year that a driver has refused to deliver a package because "the street number is incorrect." My street number exists and has for 50+ years.

I tracked my package several times throughout the day, but it was 10pm and the package was still "Out for Delivery". I called UPS and told them I needed my medications ASAP.
