2. Ridington Room Known more famously as the “Harry Potter” room due in large part to the paintings of past UBC presidents, it is one of four silent study rooms in the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre. It has a calm and quiet atmosphere, and the high ceilings make the room feel large and airy which contributes at an overall relaxed environment.

The Ridington Reading Room (north end of levels 3 and 4) is a silent study area. There are numerous locations within the MAA Library for quiet study, most of which are on level 4. There are 5 group study rooms with whiteboards on levels 3 and 4.

lf_1. · 2m. as far as I'm aware (no experience going in post covid though) it's connected only to the music, art and architecture library wing, which itself has one entrance, next to the desk, and the room can be accessed from either floor of that library. 10. level 1.
