May 07, 2019 · It's stupid the USPS still charges for them when they could save a lot of money by letting people use them for free. PO boxes are the least expensive centralized delivery available to the USPS. This keeps the mail in the office and off the streets. (4) Consolidate management functions. The USPS has too many managers who don't touch the mail.
