The op was right, USPS Priority 1,2,3 day is a pointless joke with nothing standing behind it to make it any faster or better of a service than good old first class. Feb 24, 2018 · I sent the package USPS First Class with no signature confirmation required, thus I was surprised at the status of “Delivery attempted”. I purchased the postage through Amazon and it came with free tracking and Delivery Confirmation. Since the last status update for the package was last week I was concerned as to it’s whereabouts.

There's a page at www.usps.com that will allow you to create a FREE delivery confirmation label (for priority mail). Use this rather than paying. If you use the free label and the postal clerk says you have to pay, tell them to read the manual or contact head office.
