I ordered a Record Player stand on 20/12/19. I was told that the delivery timeframe was 2-3 working days. I contacted Urban Outfitters after about 7 days to be told that as it was classed as furniture it could take 1-2 weeks. I received an email 03/01/20 to say that my item had been shipped and I received a Royal Mail 48 tracking number.
