UPS is just so bad, I never have any trouble with any other delivery services but UPS somehow find it impossible to deliver to me, instead insisting they 'attempted a delivery' without ever actually buzzing, phoning. knocking or in any way actually attempted to deliver my package but instead just take it to an 'Access point' nearly a mile away.

UPS is the best, when they get it right, but when they don't, they have zero customer service. The tracking said that they took this to the business and no one was available so they held it. I called the receiving company within minutes. They had 30 employees working and UPS never stopped.
