Nov 10, 2017 · Will the delivery driver be able to piggy back on someone entering or will the gates be one at a time entry? Otherwise the HOA will give out a code to the Trash Company, School District and UPS & Fed Ex it is up to those drivers to contact their dispatch for the gate code.

Jul 10, 2010 · Depends on how your gate/community operates. If there's a guard at the entrance during their delivery hours, I would imagine so - I'm sure the guards usually allow delivery trucks in. MOH and I lived in a gated community for our first apt together and it wasn't guarded (gates automatically closed) but the gates were left open during the day and would close in the evening.

I live in a gated community so ups drives by sees the gate is closed and puts in "a delivery attempt was made" thruough the app im tracking them with. Well i had another med delivery yesterday and i sat at the front gate for 4 hours waiting on delivery so they wont skip me but it got so painful i had to rest.
