Sorry to hear you have it, too. I've had ulcerative colitis since I was a teenager, trying all kinds of medicines. The steroid based ones always help the best but are not safe for pregnancy or for long term use. Colitis is allergy related, I believe. When I get colitis flare ups, my asthma also acts up.
