Many of my pieces reflect my fondness for things naturally created by Mother Nature. My turnings reveal my obsession with natural shapes, patterns, and color in wood. Recently, I've begun to create larger turnings and working with more root structures. Additionally, special pieces of raw material are turned and carved to depict flowers.

All of my artistic /one of a kind pieces are handled, packaged, and shipped from our studio space in a sound and solid packing enclosure. What this means is a piece or pieces are gingerly wrapped in bubble wrap before it is placed in the first box which is large enough in size to be filled with pellets or air packets for maximum protection and to minimize movement of the shipped piece.

I first came across Edric’s work in 1994, when he was exhibiting at the Shadyside Art Festival, in Pittsburgh. I was immediately struck by his artistic temperament which characterized his turnings and that resonated with my appreciation of the natural world, and in particular, trees and the uses of their wood, which I had studied since I was a child.
