Tung Hing bakery is the epitome of my childhood. I cannot remember a birthday without a birthday cake from here. This Vietnamese bakery is like many other Hong Kong styled bakeries but with less choices and on the pricier side. However, their baked goods are great like the hot dog bun, durian bun, and especially their rolled cake.

6/26/2021. Bakery opened at 9am so I arrived at 9:15am. They had the fried sesame balls freshly made. The shelves only had a few items of each so I asked the lady if the buns were made this morning and she said "yah yah made today". I was suspicious but bought a couple BBQ pork buns.

However this bakery is awesome in terms of taste cleanliness and service. No doubt about that. The durian buns are out of this world. For a mere 1.20 bucks (tax included) I can't ask for more.
