Answered by Transcom August 15, 2018. It depends on the position you are hired for. Typically all schedules include at least 1 weekend day, and may include evenings / holidays. Additionally, we conduct several shift bids throughout the year when you may have an opportunity to choose a different schedule from a list of available options.

On average, i work 8 hours a day and only get overtime when it is open for the campaign. However, when OT is available, you are able to schedule yourself up to 10 hrs a day and the max is 70 hours worked per week. It prevents you from getting burned out.

Overtime pay is earned by advisors but Team leaders work an average of 10-12 hours per day and get ZERO extra compensation. TLs are on the same attendance policy as regular advisors even though they are on salary.
