You work 6-6 am and pm. Two weeks Day shift and Then Two weeks night shift. Answered August 29, 2020 - Assembler (Former Employee) - Georgetown, KY. Not flexible at all. It is mandatory overtime and the company does not hesitate to inform you at the last minute that you will have to stay a couple hours over.

The overall company has a strong promotion-from-within culture, but expect to be on night shift in order to move up the ladder.

There is no family and work balance if your on night shift. The hours are 5:15pm to what ever time they decide to let u go. Could be 1:48am could be 4:30am or even 5:00am! Easy work and great company but not much for family! Overtime starts at 2am and is time and half till u clock out that night!
