Never rely on Toro Road Runners for road side assistance! You'd have better luck hitch hiking to get whatever is needed done. We were first told they would arrive in an hour and its been over 3 and 1/2 hours. At 2 hours we were told 3 minutes and at 2 and 1/2 hours we were connected with the driver who said he was 10 minutes away, and still no show...

FEBRUARY 2021 UPDATE: After a year since first receiving my SkyLux, I can no longer recommend Torro Offroad. While the product has been great, I have seen far too many people struggle to receive their orders, struggle to get good customer service, and struggle to receive all the necessary parts when their tents finally arrive.
