The Torrington Parks and Recreation Christmas Village will open December 9, 2012 with a parade that will start at the Torrington Armory at 12:30 p.m. When the parade arrives at the Christmas Village, former Mayor Mike Conway will host a ceremony that will include music by the Leo Liddle Band.
