TOBAY-Town of Oyster Bay Beach is one of the best beaches in NYS. It is a private beach for residents but you can pay a fee as a nonresident to gain access. The beach has concessions. Bathrooms, and lifeguards on both the oceanside and bayside. Written September 11, 2020.

It was was easy enough to find the roped off rows to park in. I was curious about how you get bay access or what happens if you exceed the 2 hours. Weren't really any opportunities to find out more. I'm assuming others had access to the beach as they were dripping in water and sand. This is basically a free for all which I was unaware of.
