In order to provide a restful environment that promotes healing, TMC has Quiet Hours daily between 2-4 p.m. and 10 p.m. - 5 a.m. During Quiet Hours we ask that everyone lower voices and limit noise as much as possible. During these hours, lighting on the unit is dimmed and deliveries and traffic on the unit is limited as much as possible.
