I should first explain that I found this website when I typed in "Ticketpilot scam" in Google. My one experience with Ticketpilot ended badly; quick summary.

The customer service is designed to prevent you from changing or cancelling order. The phone, live chat, email all are set up to frustrate you into giving up. I took 1 ½ hours attempting to cancel tickets after I found out the seating wasn’t guaranteed to be together AFTER the order was placed, then to closed loop customer service takes order.
