Re: Ticketfly transfer issues In my panic last night, I did not see that there was 24 hour chat available on stubhub. I was able to upload pics of the mobile tickets, but they need a pdf, so I guess I wait for ticketfly customer service to open in 2 hours and see if they can send me a pdf of my tickets.

When I contacted Ticketfly customer support, it took them 12 working hours to respond. Glad this wasn't a "day of attendance" problem. Rather than identify what went wrong from Customer Service, I got a "customer fetch list" look here, try this, read the FAQ, etc.
