Therapy Staff is a terrible place to work! The management is awful to work with and for and there is almost NO support. The VP in Austin is a horrible person and would sooner stab you in the back, but then smile to your face as he did so. The Executive Vice President is even worse. He is sexist and rude and just a pain to work with.

Hours are flexible to a degree, but they won't allow you to adjust to work any less than 40 hrs and you are required to work some days a week to 7pm. Patients are scheduled every 1/2hr with doubles required at certain times of the day. 1 hr time slots for evaluations but you may still be working with the previous patient through 1/2 of that time.
