Mar 13, 2020 · University Hospital Limerick is now facilitating scheduled timed visiting slots for inpatients and their visitors, during the hours of 2-4pm and 6-9pm daily. These slots are coordinated by Clinical Nurse Managers and Ward Clerks in consultation with patients and their families and loved ones.

Oct 08, 2015 · Visiting hours at University Hospital Limerick, Ennis, Nenagh and Croom hospitals will now be from 6 to 9 pm instead of 6.30 to 8.30pm. General daytime visiting hours will remain from 2 to 4 pm. “UL Hospitals encourages the presence and participation of visitors as family and friends provide important emotional support to patients and are invaluable as members of the care team,” the spokesman said.

Until further notice, only one visitor per patient is allowed and during visiting hours (2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm) only. Members of the public are reminded not to bring children on visits anywhere in the hospital.
