The pool opened in the middle of August but hasn't started lap swimming yet (according to the schedule posted on the web site). When the lap swimming does start, it is from 4:30-6 pm on weekdays. Attention city of Richmond or whoever is in charge of setting up the pool hours. Adults swim laps as a form of exercise.
