1 review of The Painting Penguin "WHAT A RIP OFF and bad service!!!!! You will regret it later!! Had the worst experience of a litetime. Besides that fact that they over charged me...They DO NOT stand by their work. They painted my home and 3 months later I had a problem. So I called Steve (the manager) who at first responded and promised to stop by the very next day but he did not show up.

The time frame was supposed to be 3:30-5:00, but the Penguin man said it's almost impossible for kids to get a ceramic painted, sprayed, pizza served and eaten, cake eaten, and presents opened in an hour and a half, so if they went over a little, they wouldn't charge extra until after 2 hours.
