0. 1. 8/13/2021. I should've listened to all of the other bad reviews. Dropped my dog off between 9:15-9:30 AM. Was told he should be ready at 4:30 PM. Owner called me at 4:23 saying he wouldn't be ready until 5:30. Got there at 5:30, owner said he wouldn't be done until 6 PM. She definitely rushed his cut, he is uneven all over after being there all day.
