The Problem is that there is no dialogue options and the cops just stand there and do nothing. On Youtube it shows that you are able to talk with them. I tried skipping time and I also tried reloading the game saves ect ect ect. Probably spent 1 hour trying to come up with a solution. Also if I aggro the cops the quest fails.
