Worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Horrible customer support/tech support. Haven't had internet for 5 days, they sent a technician (Videotron) who confirmed it is on Tech savvy's end. Have wasted hours of my life on the phone with incompetent agents without a solution in sight.
