They're advertising is extremely misleading and they're customer service is non-existent. They operate as though they are based in a third world country, though they ship from the U.S. (if you are lucky enough to receive your merchandise). Don't be fooled by the so-called "promotional discounts" and "special offers".

13 reviews for Tee 4 Cool Grandma, 2.3 stars: 'Placed an order November 25th which the UPS tracking states awaiting package since December 4th, I've questioned this several times as of December 22nd and the only answer I get is keep an eye on the tracking. Not at all happy with the customer service or quality control. Trying to just cancel all three of my orders, we'll see how that goes.'
