Expect to put in about 60 hours per work at your job, and an additional 10-15 hours a week for additional TFA busywork and coursework for a certificate. TFA management is unable to handle any situation that is even slightly out of the norm and may end up in you losing out on compensation or even not getting a job after an entire summer of unpaid training.
