Tax does have a "second" busy season due to extensions though. Granted audit has interim work, although interim hours probably aren't as bad as summer busy season tax. I was in audit and easily pulled roughly 4 weeks of 75 plus hours. Also, audit can have 3/31, 6/30, or 9/30 year end clients.
