The Talisman Centre really is a great gym and has everything a regular gym-goer will need, along with designated weight rooms/equipment for athletes/athletic teams. Pros:-The variety of machines. There is a machine here for everyone and the customer service staff is helpful in helping you figure out how to use them if you need it.

Since I don't go more than once or twice a week, and I work nights, the Talisman Centre is pretty reasonable for its $6 for the last 90 minutes deal. i.e. go from 9:30 pm to 11:00 for 6 bux. 1
