IN. Inactive 7 Apr 2012. Our Excedrin has Aspirin, Tylenol & caffeine in it. Most has 500mg of aspirin & tylenol so if you took 2, & then 2 later on, you are ok. 4000 is the limit of mg of tylenol in a 24 hour period. I have on occasion taken more than 2 a day for my allerigy headaches, & they work great!
